Totally ten stars! Even with a glitch in getting on of the chairs to line up for the base of the stool but it became a two person job at that point. The softness of the stool and support it gives for your back is excellent. I tried to take pictures so you could how plush the seat is as it really is so comfortable. More stars are needed to give to this product. I truly recommend these as they are great quality.
