I bought a out of the box chair ? So crossing fingers no issue . The chair is light easly for a smaller person to move around . Cushion is firm i added a pillow for my lower back . Its a nice chair it had no issues .The reason i gave it a 4 star ? 2 reasons first was the delivery was just droppes outside my driveway behind my SUV .. sure thats the only place for it to go .. BUT knock on the door ring the door bell YELL do something ?? All i seen was two guys literally running down my driveway towards there FED EX truck . And i see a hug box banged up ... Again it was in good shape ..
