Great buying experience !!! I couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two of these in the light gray for my living room. They shipped via FEDEX and they actually arrived a day earlier than was initially indicated. They are very well package. ( two boxes for each chair, so I got four boxes total They ship the two arms in one box, and they put the base, back, and back cushion in the Assembly was very straightforward. Took me about an hour to complete both chairs ( about 30 minutes each ). The seat is a very good firmness-though I suspect it will get softer as it gets more broken-in. But honestly i like a good firmness seat cushion like this. The light gray color is pretty true to the ad photos, and the fabric itself has a good feel to it. It’s a smooth easy comforting feel. Love these chairs and I intend to buy a thrthrid one for my bedroom.

It’s a beautiful chair and a steal for 300. Now that I’ve had it a while, it’s not the reading chair of my dreams bc it’s not super comfortable

LOVE!! I do staging in the real estate industry. I ordered 4 of these for a unique space and they were just perfect! I am now looking for a sofa from this line for my own home. Arrived on time, easy to assemble, sturdy and substantial yet easy to maneuver, and a great price!
