Buffet bove

I received the product with the front door crooked. This defect hinders the door's ability to open and close smoothly, as the wheels are misaligned and do not properly track. Regrettably, I discovered this issue only after the return window had closed. To my dismay, when I sought a resolution, Wayfair directed me to Safavieh, stating that they should be responsible for the defective product. However, Safavieh insists that the issue must be resolved through Wayfair. This situation leaves me in a predicament, having paid $1600 for a defective product with no clear path to rectification. I find this lack of accountability and customer service deeply disappointing. I would give it a zero star if I could.
