Table basse

I was assured by customer service before I made the purchase that it would arrive assembled and it arrived unassembled. Trying to communicate with customer service to rectify this is a nightmare. For e.g., they have the wrong order number, although I repeatedly ask them to correct the error. I will not purchase through Wayfair again. I feel betrayed and they need to train their customer service workers to be competent when reviewing customer orders and complaints. ZERO STARS.

Beautiful table, matches our side tables well. Easy to put together too!

Perfect table for a perfect price

I was nervous about getting a 2 tier coffee table, I did not want it to look corny. This one looks like it is well made and like an actual adult table, not like a college dorm table. The bottom tier has the slats spaced out perfectly so my items do not fall through them. It is perfect to hold a basket where I keep all of my remotes. It also has enough space to hold my magazines.

I am attempting to return. Says assembled, is not. Assembled was the only reason I purchased this particular one. The pieces don't fit as shown, one of the screw holes was not drilled. I am very handy and before noticing the the undrilled hole, I could not figure out. Am unable to get through to customer service. VERY UNHAPPY and disappointed!!
