I ordered 2 of these chairs. One of them was fine. The other was wobbly and the bolts (I guess that's what you'd call them) along the arms of the chair were sticking up noticeably. I returned it and AM sent out a shipment quickly. However, this replacement had the same issues and it was in fact WORSE than the one I had returned. I returned this one again, and received another replacement. This one doesn't have the same issues as the last two, BUT there is some cosmetic damage on one of the arms. I'm keeping this one though, as I'm tired of going back and forth. The seat is comfortable to sit on. The leather looks kind of cheap though - almost plastic.
