The chair is wonderful; however, the customer service department is not! I originally had ordered 6 of these chairs with 5 of them delivered within the week. One of the chairs kept having its delivery date pushed back until I finally called about it. From what I understand, there was a glitch in the system and the chair was not going to be delivered. Customer service advised me to cancel the order and reorder. I was then transferred to another department for payment info only to be told that the chair would be $25 higher. I told them that I was not happy that I had to pay more for a chair that didn't get delivered because of a problem with their system. After talking to a superior, I was to get the chair at the original cost. That was NOT the case when I saw my bank account. Make sure you write down names, dates, and times when you call the service department. I usually do, but I did not this time; therefore, no data for proof.

Gorgeous stools! Sturdy and easy to wipe clean. Perfect addition to our kitchen! Highly recommended!

Quality built , very nice

Very easy to construct. Great color, soft leather and comfortable. The back is on the lower side, but that’s not a negative - just an observation.
