Im giving the actual product 3 stars, but Wayfair support gets 5 stars. The sofa came damaged, the packaging was completely intact. This was for our vacation home so we did not have the 30 day time frame to return the sofa. Wayfair issued a refund and was very pleasant to work with.We will have the sofa repaired instead of the hassle of returning and waiting for a replacement.

The sofa is nice. However, there was a small tear in the leather at the seam. The color is slightly darker than ivory. The leather quality is good.

It’s perfect and exactly what I ordered. The delivery guys were on time and put everything together with no problem.

The couch was delivered on time as promised. The driver’s were efficient and took the couch out of the boxes outside, brought into the house and assembled the legs and the couch quickly and effortlessly. Cleaned up all the packing materials and balled way the garbage. Highly recommend.

Very well made, comfortable. The cooor is amazing. Fits my space perfectly with easily install.
