It says these are not contract grade and it implies the quality of these chairs. We ordered 6 chairs and all 3 boxes had missing or broken parts. Replacement parts were easy and provided. They don't assemble in a solid manner and are prone to breaking with light use. 3 of the 6 chairs are damaged from use at a dinner table after having used them for 4 months. Do not recommend.
