I loved it! It could be a tad sturdier but you can’t beat the price.

It’s very sturdy table and it’s long enough for family of 5 but it can be a table for 8 people.

The description is misleading. It is just the table no chairs or bench included

The description says with upholstered chairs or bench and it is not it is just the table. It is a nice table nonetheless. The screws didn’t fit and wasn’t able to get the correct size so I had to return it

Misleading Listing, Frustrating Customer Service, and a Total Waste of Time I wish I had read a review like this before placing my order, so I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same frustration. I purchased this George Oliver Dining Table Set under the assumption that I was getting a complete dining set as depicted in the product images. Nowhere in the description did it clearly state that the chairs were not included. Imagine my shock when I received just the table for $440—no chairs, no benches, nothing. Misleading Product Listing The way this item is marketed is completely deceptive. The product name itself says “Dining Table Set”, which implies that chairs or seating are included. The photos prominently display a full set with chairs and benches, yet none of these were actually part of the order. If a “set” is supposed to include just the table, that should be clearly stated upfront, not buried in fine print or left ambiguous. Wayfair’s Customer Service Runaround The nightmare didn’t stop at the misleading listing—Wayfair’s customer service made things even worse. I called on January 25th, and after explaining the issue, the representative assured me that they could order the missing parts for me. This gave me hope that the situation would be resolved. A week later, I followed up to check on the status, and another representative confirmed that the parts were coming and that I could track the shipment by February 13th. Then, on February 7th, I received a brief call from Wayfair that was disconnected almost immediately. A few minutes later, I got an email instead stating that there was a listing error and that I would be issued a full refund instead of getting the missing chairs. At this point, I had already wasted weeks of waiting under the assumption that the issue was being resolved. If they had been honest from the start, I would have returned the item weeks ago. Final Insult – The Return Hassle After all the misleading information, delays, and time wasted, I was told that to get a refund, I now needed to return the table in its original packaging. Why was I not given this option from the beginning? If Wayfair’s team had been transparent three weeks ago, I could have saved myself so much hassle. Instead, I was strung along, misled multiple times, and left with the burden of packing and returning a bulky dining table on my own. Wayfair – This is NOT Fair! Wayfair prides itself on being an easy and reliable shopping platform, but this experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Between the deceptive listing, incompetent customer support, and unnecessary back-and-forth, I can confidently say this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in years. Final Verdict – Avoid This Product! If you’re considering buying this “dining set”, DON’T—unless you are fully aware that you’re paying over $400 for just the table. Be ready to deal with a customer service team that doesn’t have clear answers and may waste your time with false assurances. I’ll think twice before shopping at Wayfair again after this exhausting ordeal.
