The table is okay (mine arrived damaged on 2 of the 4 corners) but my experience with Wayfair customer service has been atrocious. I did an online chat to confirm the extended and contracted dimensions which were not previously listed on the product page. The customer agent lied about the dimensions (stating it was 82" long when extended) - I had to haul a 100+ lb table up three flights of stairs, build it, and find out it was 2' shorter than advertised.
After calling Wayfair they agreed to allow me to return it, after boxing it up and hauling it back down three flights of stairs no one ever showed up to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes for a Wayfair rep to appear on the chat resulted in the agent telling me to "contact fedex" and then immediately logged off! I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for a new rep to be assigned and then start the process all over again which this time resulted in "Thank you for waiting Jaime, please to reach out to FedEx at 1-800-463-3339, to reschedule a pick up."
So if you feel like being lied to, massively inconvenienced and left to fend for yourself on sending the item back... by all means purchase this table or anything else from Wayfair. I've probably spend over $10k on Wayfair items over the years and this was the last straw... I'll go literally anywhere else from this day forward.
