It’s cute but it’s poorly made extremely sweaky

My frame literally broke within one week of using it. I also had Wayfair professionals set it up.

Broke with the weight of two people on it

This bed looks just like the photos, but it was THE biggest pain in the universe to put together - definitely pay to have it built if you buy it because you have to individually line up all of the spools perfectly (and it is very testing). It also scratches very easily and I don't feel like the integrity of the bed holds up well. I've had it for about 6 months and am already having to replace it -- it's in a guest room where less than 5 people have slept on it and it's already broken. Very pretty, but don't recommend.

This is the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Not only were the instructions terrible, but the hardware and some of the wood pieces weren't even labeled. It took 3 days to put together and we had to redo several steps because the instructions were so unclear. The bed is so unstable and sounds like it is about to fall apart every time we get on it. The wood slats on the headboard are backwards because again the instructions were so unclear and if we try to redo them now we would likely not be able to because the hardware is stripped. When I reached out to the customer support team I was given the run around for 15 days. In the end they wouldn't even budge about their "policies" and were expecting me to ship an already put together bed back to them. I was going to have to buy my own box to return it which would have been an additional $50. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This has been an all around terrible experience.
