The drawer does not close or open properly! I tried to return the product and the app does not allow it. I reached out to costumer service however the agent left the chat without a resolution. Very disappointing.

Very easy to put together and packaged extremely well. The boxes with a lot of tape had little plastic strips in the corners to help with pulling off the tape. Desk is solid and pretty and fits nicely into a small corner of my room.

The desk arrived on time and was packaged well. It took my husband and I about 15 minutes to assemble, it was very easy, tools were provided, the instruction sheet was just OK but it was easy to figure out. I'm very happy and it looks great!
