Goodall Round Solid Wood Base Dining Table

Beautiful table but came imperfections. Also after putting together it is uneven. I had to put cardboard under one leg. It was past the return period when I finally got it together.. fire to the imperfections I would have returned it if I was able. Not my best experience to say the least.

Absolutely beautiful solid table. Fits nicely in my breakfast nook.

This dining table is great. It doesn’t scratch and it feels very sturdy. It’s good for 4 people maximum

The table came with a small but integral part missing. Unfortunately, due to a recent move, I did not unbox the table until after 30 days (it’s been less than 45 days). When I contacted customer service to try to have the part replaced, they told me their hands were tied because it was after the 30 day window for parts replacement. Keep in mind this is just a small screw that happens to be a specific size that isn’t easy for me to find. I reassured them that I had no intentions of wanting an entire new table. I just would like the one piece. They were entirely unhelpful and obstinate in their stance, and now my table is not functional. I feel that this is no less than stealing from customers since I paid for a non-functioning table. If they do not send the correct parts, lack quality control, and then refuse to remedy the situation, I don’t know how to feel otherwise. Integrity is definitely not in their vocabulary.
