Meuble télé 71 po Mid-Century

I bought this to go under my large TV and it looks amazing. It’s absolutely beautiful and fits the space perfectly. Assembly took a little time, but it’s sturdy, low profile, and feels like great quality.

Great tv stand! Fits perfect in our family room! Stand is very sturdy and enough room to fit all of our equipment and any extras that we have for the TV. I would definitely recommend this if anyone is looking for a larger stand for a larger TV.

Its a very nice TV stand with a lot of storage space. The outlets are an added plus.

Although I like the look of the console, there are a number of significant problems with it that any potential buyer should know about. First of all it is not deep enough to handle the standard depth of an audiovisual receiver... With cable connections coming out of the back of the receiver you cannot get the the door shut. The second problem pertains to where you position the audiovisual equipment. Logic with dictate that it goes in the center of the unit with the slatted doors, so you can control equipment with a remote... But that is impossible with this design which has shelves that are too narrow to accommodate standard equipment. In order for me to make this console usable I had to modify it extensively, creating a custom shelf wide enough to accommodate a standard Onkyo AV receiver, and had to cut open a hole in the back panel that would allow all of the cables to exit the back of the console so that the receiver could be pushed in deep enough to close the doors. Final problem to mention is the wood is extremely easy to scratch, and I had to do a lot of retouching with wood pens to make scratches disappear for no good reason... The wood veneer is just too soft. I will have to cut a piece of 8 inch glass as a top cover to protect the wood. Please see the pictures with my modifications. The manufacturer should be smart enough to understand these basic installation issues and come up with a flexible design that allows AV equipment to go in the center with a shelf system, and have a back panel that can punch out to accommodate cable depth. With all of the time and labor that went into modifying this, it probably tripled the effective cost of the unit.
