Every. Single. Time. With this company. Something almost always is “off” and doesn’t fit. There is NO quality assurance with this particular manufacturer and here is ANOTHER chair I received where nothing lines up. I reported this to the manufacturer and they have done nothing but ask me if I tried lining up the holes (duh). I have requested new chair legs and they have been so unhelpful.
