Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. Otherwise the instructions were easy to follow, and they provided spare screws and washers (appreciated). The chair is comfortable, height is adjustable. I ordered it in pink. It's a dusky, light pink colour, true to the photos on the website. It is a great addition to my home office!

It's a beautiful and comfortable chair, have just put it together. I may need to add a back pillow at some point, but for now it's just right for what I need. For reference I'm 5'7".

Looks good and easy to put together. Not as much lumbar support as I thought there would be. Arms do not adjust up and down. The seat does adjust up and down.

The headrest portion of the chair only reached not even to the top of my shoulders. Very uncomfortable and had to return. Wayfair also charged me 45 shipping fee to return.

I was worried when I saw the box was damaged, but everything inside was packaged well and nothing was damaged. Probably the best directions I’ve seen in a lot no time for any furniture. Quality seems good. Everything lined up properly and went together easily. Very happy so far.
