Love this side table. So much better than expected. Complain love with it and would certainly purchase again.

Arrive quickly! No obvious damage, a beautiful addition to my living room. Only issue is with one of the angled screw, it was stuck in the openlocked position. It still doesn’t seat properly, so the top and side panel are precarious so we will need to be careful when moving it. The drawer is a bit stiff when openingclising.

It is a simple end table/cabinet. I like the dark color which matches the legs on my couch and chairs. I wanted a cabinet or antique type of box to store my cup of pens, pencils, scissors along with a box of tissues and a couple books and extra candles. I just didn't want clutter sitting around. Clutter causes stress whether you recognize it or not. From that stand point the final product serves the intended purpose and it has a nice area for charging phones or plugging in a small light or other items. The top drawer with cup coasters has been very handy. The part that drove me crazy was how many pieces were involved in the assembly. My bff neighbor passed a couple years ago and I could hear her saying lay it all out flat and assemble it that way. There were so many pieces that was not possible. It was like a giant 3D puzzle. I have assembled many pieces of furniture and this one I almost tossed out due to how careful you had to be to get all the corners lined up to an acceptable level...the hinges for the door was about my undoing. I should have taken up drinking. I spent easily three to four hours getting them to work and line up correctly. I had reached the point of requesting a new set of hinges so I could try again. By 11pm I finally decided the final product was "good enough". It was meant to sit next to my recliner but a day after organizing the miscellaneous items in the deep cabinet (perhaps too deep) the recliner died. So now the cabinet sits across the room and mocks me. The instructions stated sixty minutes. The corners joins and hinges and lining corners up was a nightmare. A nightmare that lasted almost ten hours. Could the door close smoother? Yes. Could the drawer close easier? Yes. If I turn on a standing lamp in the corner where the table sits I would surely consider "tweaking" one corner or hinge but my dear friend's voice whispers in my ear "don't, just don't." I consider myself quite skilled at assembly or building furniture but this table was in a category of its own. The table itself is wood and nicely designed. It just needs to have corners precisely assembled. AS I put my items into the cabinet I would say with only the front door to access the inside I find it quite deep. It is not hard to have something get pushed towards the back and have to get down on the floor and use something to reach in and pull it forward. My recommendation is get a couple baskets that can hold small or odd shaped items and let those slide to the back and keep the most used items in the front where you can access them easily. The back with the book or magazine holder I do appreciate and use. I like the charging station with a flip open cover that is large enough to put phones or any number of items inside to charge and out of site of visitors or children...or well meaning cats or wagging dog tails. I do like the cabinet because it accomplishes what I needed. The design of the table made assembly quite a challenge. I am not sure a second person would have made much difference though two brains can often figure out the best way to proceed. The instructions for assembly were adequate just take the time to read them and ponder them. Put the directions on your nightstand and start the assembly process in the daylight after your morning coffee. It is just a different type of designed corners and joints that need precision. The type of precision one has after a good night's sleep and a couple expressos. The sides are wood and another concern I had was scratching one of the beautifully buffed panels. The end result will be worth the effort.

This is an expensive item and I am immensely disappointed, So cheap looking! It was also messed up. The first one went together just fine but the second one had flaws. My husband had to make changes to the product to get to assemble it. This is a big enough disappointment that I may quit purchasing from Wayfair.

Worth the price! I really enjoy all the details (cup holders in the drawer, USB charger, storage). Looks expensive, very sturdy.
