Étagère à livres en fer H 72 "x l 32" Roniel

I really like this but the front of the shelf is scratched in.ultiple places and its very noticeable. I dont want to return it but I wish there was a way to hide those obvious scratches.

My order came covered in rust and the black paint was discolored/faded because of it. Rather than just replacing the item and me returning it, the manufacturer wants to replace all the damaged parts instead which is still the entire frame and somewhat annoying. I'll update my rating if I get the pieces in a timely manner that have been inspected and are rust free. Guessing this was stored or traveled to the US in a damp location.

I really love this etagere. Got it in the gold and it's so lovely. It's a bear to put together so when I finally got it done, picked it up, and set it in the space, I was devastated to see a significant dent and scratched paint on the front side right at eye level. My bad cuz I hadn't inspected every piece before starting, but I was so disappointed. It'll be too much work to take it apart and repack it for return, not to mention having to put together a replacement- which might have issues of its own - so I'm going to keep it and try to find touchup paint. I called the manufacturer to ask if they offered paint. They don't. Rats. So bottom line - it's gorgeous, I recommend it, but do a thorough inspection before starting assembly. Just wish the manufacturer had done an inspection before shipping.

I bought two of these bookcases and was surprisingly disappointed in this product… both bookcases came with scratches all over metal on the front of both. I kept them because I did not want to go through the nightmare of trying to return them plus I researched for a month to find the exact item that I wanted, and there were no more left if I did return them. Also, the top glass did not fit on either of the two I bought. I had to loosen screws and make adjustments to make them fit.  They look beautiful from far away but up close you can see all the scratches.
