I’m very happy with this round pleated velvet ottoman! The piece itself is absolutely beautiful — the velvet is soft and luxurious, the pleating gives it an elegant, high-end look, and it’s the perfect accent for my space. It feels sturdy and well made, and the size is just right for extra seating or as a stylish footrest. The first ottoman I received unfortunately had a very noticeable black mark on the fabric. I submitted an issue through Wayfair’s site and was quickly directed to the manufacturer, and that’s where the experience really impressed me. Their customer service was excellent — they responded right away, shipped a replacement immediately, and provided clear, easy instructions for returning the damaged item. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and looks amazing. Between the quality of the ottoman and how smoothly the issue was handled, I would definitely purchase again. Great product and outstanding customer support!

We only had it for 3 months and the leg broke. My daughter only weighs 100 pounds. Not a good product

These are adorable for children. Nice quality but much too small to be called an ottoman. Jokes on me as I didn’t confirm dimensions, but seriously these are beyond tiny. Adding a picture beside an existing small ottoman. supposed to replace
