Perfect match to my dinner chairs!

The first ottoman I received had holes in the bottom that did not allow the screws to thread and connect the legs. I contacted both Wayfair and the ottoman’s manufacturer and both offered a free replacement. The Wayfair replacement was better than the original and only two of the holes failed to line up correctly so I feel the replacement stool in sufficient for us. Other than the hassle of trying to get the faultier stool together and having to request a replacement the stool is cute and as pictured.

It was ridiculously hard to screw in the legs. The holes in the fabric didn’t match the holes in the base of the chair. I ended up taking off the bottom fabric and the screws still didn’t fit properly. I wouldn’t recommend.

While this ottoman is really beautiful, it was difficult to put together and one of the legs broke off after 2 weeks! Very disappointing.

I really wanted to like this. It looks great but it’s so poorly manufactured. Right out of the package, the legs had nicks and scratches in the wood. The lining underneath the seat had a tear in it. The drill holes for the leg screws are too small, and the wrench they provided isn’t strong enough to get the screws in all the way. Unless you use power tools or drill the holes bigger, plan on tearing up your hands when putting it together. I ended up using my own tool so I could get a better grip. After only a month, one of the wood legs is detaching from the metal base and is wobbling so much I’m afraid it’ll collapse. Don’t expect much out of this.
