Broken promises and zero quality control. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a table for my new office, but it arrived completely unusable—missing all the hardware required to attach the legs. When I called, I was explicitly told the parts would be overnighted. That turned out to be a lie. Now, I'm being told it will be nearly two weeks. In the meantime, I have a pile of wood taking up space in my office and no desk to work on. Wayfair’s 'solution' doesn't match their mistake.

Chairs were easy to put together. They looks very nice. They arrived in 3 days. My only complaint is there are some small scuffs of black on the chairs. Hopefully a magic eraser will do the trick
