Tabouret pivotant à hauteur réglable Wyndham

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first picture is what the set up should look like, but unfortunately they sent me screws that were too short; I’m not able to connect the bottom piece with the top piece. I’ve tried using different screws that they provided, but there’s no way the chair would fit properly with what they’ve given me. I’ve reached out to Influenster for assistance, and they said they were looking into it. I’ve followed up again but haven’t heard back. I contacted the manufacturer and have not received a reply, so I have two pieces that I cannot put together because they won’t attach properly. The chair is a lot bigger than unexpected. The product arrived in two separate boxes: one for the chair portion and one for the bottom frame. It was very heavy. The chair looks comfortable, and faux leather looks like it may hold up. I may just use this for the kids to sit on. The metal frame for the legsis painted gold, and it looks like it will scratch very easily. Some of the gold is already flaking off during the installation process. The legs are not even and little bit wobbly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this seat in my home for quite a while now, and I’ve put off writing a review because I’m not sure how to feel about it. On one hand it looks as expected, maybe a little wider than what the product photo shows but overall what you get wouldn’t come as a surprise. Comfort wise it’s fine. Not something I enjoy sitting in (it’s become the catch-all chair, basically a junk drawer) but maybe someone with longer legs or more trust in the material would have a better experience - that “trust in the material” is where the real problem comes in. Putting this chair together was not easy, because the pieces don’t fit together as they should. One section has a screw that refuses to stay put (loosens on its own) and overall it’s hard to relax when it feels like maybe you’ll fall to the ground at any second.
