I hate this dresser so much. The instructions aren't just unclear - they are wrong. I printed the instruction manual from the website description and a manual came with the product itself. Both were different from each other, and both were wrong. I made sure it wasn't my error, either. I had a professional assembler on site at the time (he was assembling a bed and desk for me at the time) I was putting this together and he confirmed it was not just me but that the instructions were both unclear and just plain wrong at times. It tells you one piece of hardware is needed, but has a totally different piece of hardware pictured. The metal pieces to slide the drawers in don't have the eyeholes that are pictured in either of the manuals. I am over five hours into the install process and had to go back twice over to adjust something and I'm still only on step 5 of 18 steps. This product is not worth even half the price it's offered at and I haven't even fully assembled it yet. In fact, I'm starting to question if it's possible to fully assemble. And forget any expectations that Wayfair will help with the return - they charge for pick up or expect you to do a drop off on this huge item! Even when it's not your fault the item does not work out. I am stuck with this dresser, it seems. Hopefully it will ultimately be something I can put together. At least I am putting it inside of a walk in closet so no one will see it. But the frustration it has put into multiple nights of my life is not worth it and will be even less worth it if it is not functional at all. DO NOT BUY.
