Great table except for the odd distressed finish. I wanted the profile of the base so I could use it for a dining bench, so it suits my needs. However, I’m going to have to apply gel stain to mitigate the odd streaky finish. I think they were going for a distressed look, but the cream colored streaking is too heavily applied and just looks odd. I knew the finish wasn’t great based on another review, so at least my expectations were low. Except for having to refinish a brand new item, this is a great table!

Pros -price -width is around 32”. More designers should build tables at this width. -legs allow you to sit at our built in breakfast nook bench. Cons -Material quality is pretty low. -Wood seems cheap and arrived with damage. -There is an ugly light yellow paint in all of the grooves. I need to find a way to paint it because it is hideous. Fire whoever agreed to that design choice.
