I bought this for craft fairs. In the past, it would take me 40 minutes to set up a Swedish company's shelves. This weekend I was able to set up a tent, two shelves, and a folding table in 9 minutes. These shelves are super easy. The sides are hinged, and the shelves fold down and are held in place with pegs. I was on uneven ground and worried about stability. But even on a slightly windy day, they stayed in place. They are super lightweight and fit in the back of my Jeep (with the back seats folded down). I wouldn't use them in my home to hold anything of significant weight. But for a craft fair they performed fantastically! I even added some hardware to hold hanging items. Will be purchasing another set of 2.

Flimsy and poor material quality. Finish has a chalky, unpleasant texture - I get rustic but this comes off on my hands. I oiled the shelves and they seem a bit better but overall quality is lacking for the price. Clumps of glue at the joins. Not likely to hold up to heavy books/items. I'll keep these shelves because they fit the space I need them in, but do not reccommend them - would not have purchased if I had seend them IRL.

Perfect shelf for my lounge, with no assembly required.
