Brinda Solid Wood Accent Chest

Looks nice. Compact with enough storage for its size. The drawers don’t slide. They stick.

I really wanted to LOVE this accent chest but the quality is not there. It came packaged well but there were several nicks that I had to use a black sharpie to cover. Otherwise it is a great looking piece. Craftmanship isn't what it used to be.

I am happy with this item; was accurately described/as-pictured. I do like that it is "real" furniture that comes assembled. It does seem quite solid. It was well-packaged and delivered, no damage. That being said, two small complaints/notes: as other reviews have mentioned, this has a distressed look. I'm not entirely sure if it's intentional, but if you get the black version of this, don't expect a solid, glossy, perfect black finish. For our style, we actually love the slight imperfection -- it kind of makes it look historical as well -- but I can also understand if the finish isn't appreciated by everyone. Second -- for whatever reason -- this piece was moderately dirty, especially on the inside. It needed a good cleaning; I assume the dirt/dust was just due to the production process and it definitely was not due to being used or anything like that, but perhaps the final QA step of vacuuming this out was just missed or whatever. Anyhow, do not be surprised if you need to clean this up a bit upon arrival. Again, those are minor issues, overall, very happy!

Very steady but I was dissatisfied with the paint. Wasn’t evenly applied, the edges were not cover. The hardware was not as nice as the internet picture.

Beautiful look. Fits in my space perfectly.
