I thought this would be a little better quality than it is, but I’m disappointed. It looked sturdy and decent quality in the pictures, however I’m not impressed at all with it after putting it together. 1. It’s not the easiest thing to put together, and took me over an hour and a lot of screws. In the process of building it, because it was flimsy, a screw snapped and some areas are warped because it’s not real wood. Once it’s together, the screw holes are very visible. I didn’t install the doors yet, and I’m not convinced they will hold up well over time. The metal brackets on the front are cheap too. This serves its purpose for some storage for us, but I don’t think it will hold up well overtime.

Update to original review This comes in 1 long box via FedEx. It’s very heavy almost 100lbs. The bookcase itself is a nice bright white is pretty. However, it came damaged was defective. They sent a replacement. I’ve assembled a lot in my life and this one is not only tedious but it is very poor quality. Fully assembled it’s wobbly. I can shake the whole thing with 2 fingers. The shelves were cut too big so didn’t fit properly in the spaces. The doors don’t have a door stopper they just slam against the bottom shelf. The backing is cheaply made. It doesn’t come with screw caps, and it should be assembled in a way that it’s not so visible. The nicest piece is the top dark wood. However this thing is super tall so you can’t even see it, only the edge. Also the white finish is very fragile. Anything touches it and it scuffs. Also, it says bookshelf but if you wanted to put a radio or microwave on it, there’s no holes in the cheap back for wiring. I do not recommend, I’d find something better.

This bookcase came packaged very well in one box. (Team lift as it’s just over 90lbs) It took about 2 hours from unboxing to completion. The instructions were sufficient, although take your time and pay attention to little details in the diagrams. The quality is what would be expected at price point. Once the shelf was completely together it feels sturdy. Do make sure to have a power screwdriver, there are a lot of screws in this installation!!
