Hello, I am writing to request a full refund for the entire set of chairs due to serious concerns about their safety and quality. We have owned these chairs for less than two months. Last night, while we were hosting guests, one chair completely broke in half while a child weighing approximately 55 pounds was sitting in it, causing him to fall to the floor. Thankfully, he was not injured, but this could have resulted in a serious injury. Two additional chairs are already loose and unstable. Given these issues, I no longer feel comfortable allowing family or guests to use any of the chairs. This level of structural failure after such a short period of use is unacceptable. My preferred resolution is a full refund for the entire set, with any necessary return shipping or pickup arranged at your expense. I would consider replacement of all chairs only if you can confirm that the underlying quality and safety issues have been addressed. Please respond within five business days with a proposed resolution and the steps needed to process the refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this serious safety concern.

I love my new table and chairs! I love it so much I had to turn around and find new rugs and more furniture! It fits well in our space, was easy to put together and brightens up the room. I’d buy it again 100x over!
