Fairly nice desk for the price. Confusing directions. No phone # to call manufacturer for assistance, you must email them. Several emails over 3 weeks never received any response(s). Then I contacted Wayfair via chat, I was told some instructions are "generic" and to go back and "study" them! Drawer front part did not have the predrilled holes for the screws; Wayfair ordered new one 11-22-2025. Received replacement 12-9-2025. Parts strewn across the room waiting for help is frustrating. The hidden drawer is useless - to separate and access it you must remove the drawer front by sliding it up and off which is a pain. I can't imagine the plastic-coated pressed wood standing up to the constant friction of taking the drawer face off and on. It's been 7 months, happy with desk except one thing; the "hidden drawer" is useless because it is a pain to access. It makes the lap drawer section above is shallow so there's not much use for anything other than pens, pencils and small items.

I have very little experience assembling furniture but I don’t think it should take a full day to put this desk together. I found the instructions to be difficult to follow and I hate the stickers! I had to take a blow dryer to remove them. Also wish they would label the pieces like A B C D…. It took me awhile to figure out the numbering system. I am stuck now with making the drawers flush. It’s been a painful experience! I do like the desk and it was packed well. No missing pieces.

Desk looks really nice so that I’m happy about! Instructions could be better but overall fairly easy to put together. Disappointed because it came with some blemishes and dings that weren’t due to shipping. The lights don’t work but the outlet does.

Absolutely love this desk. Sturdy and the light up features are a bonus. Assembly is a little tricky but we managed.

It’s beautiful!! However the instructions are incorrect in MANY areas and several of the holes for the lock screws had not been drilled out, so I had to improvise and add hardware to make sure it held together!
