I ultimately rated this with five stars taking into consideration the actual piece and Wayfair customer service along the way. I want to be honest in telling you this was an adventure…I went out on a limb spending this much for a piece that was to be delivered. I first received the bottom parthalf…no problems…perfect condition but the top part had someone become separated in shipment. It came twice damaged in the same place…as shown in pic…an issue with the trim. Throughout the whole process, I talked to no less than 10 wonderful people who were helping me track shipments etc. when it came damaged the second time, I was furious, yet calm and spoke to a lovely, helpful manager who expedited the third shipment of the top part. It came in and it was PERFECT! I just wanted to be honest but reassure you that Wayfair will make it right! Thank you!!!

Not the quality I expected from Wayfair. No attachment included to fix it to the base when I called and specifically asked. When I called again I was told to hire TaskRabbit and pay for it myself. I’m 71 and don’t have extra money to hire someone.

I love the look of the glass display. Was very disappointed when I opened the box as the right side is damaged. The door is crooked and difficult to open and close. There is a gap between door and the side. Looks like 2 hinges are bent.
