Banc en bois massif Fawaka

It’s a nice bench however one screw did not work because a part was missing.

I love this bench. Well made and lovely. Looks perfect in my space.

It was easy to put together, and it looks basically how it does in the pictures. The wood does have a thin veneer that flaked off in a couple spots. I am using the bench in a back mud room where I don't really care about little imperfections like that. But if it were in a more visible, prominent place, you might. Also, the wood has an odor. Don't know if it's the glue from the veneer or other manufacturing process, but it's fairly strong. The scent has gone down over the last few days, but might take a bit more time to dissipate.

It's really very nice... very primitive, "cultured rustic", I guess I would call it. Exactly the kind of thing I was wanting to find. Just one of the pieces... a little bit on the shoddy side in construction. Some of the bolt inserts are somewhat flimsy, and needed to be "helped" with a little trick or two. Other than that, quite nice.

Happy with my purchase however delivery was unacceptable ordered in April and received in June. Wayfair should compensate customer in some fashion for having to wait.
