The only "solid" wood on this cabinet is the drawer sides and the feet. Everything else is particleboard veneer. The entire back is a piece of fiberboard about as strong as cardboard. The instructions were terrible, and the door hinges were missing. I was really hoping it would be a cabinet with, you know, pieces of wood.

Unless you are a professional carpenter, do not even think of buying this. 18 pieces of wood and over 160 screws, dowels and other pieces. I hired a carpenter to put it together - and even then, it took 2 days and he had to redrill holes that were misplaced and sand used a power sander to sand down the guides inside dreamer so the drawer would drop down enough to be able to close. He also had to use a power screwdriver and hammer throughout. And, he had to buy an additional hinge at hardware store. It is put together and it is nice, although the color is kind of dull and weathered. I had hoped would be a bit richer like in the photo online. Anyway, it is done and I am stuck with it, but not at all pleased with it. Bought lots of wonderful items from wayfair - this one was a disappointment.

The color is a little lighter than the picture. Not too difficult to put together, about 2 hours, solo. One dowel screw hole defect but made it work by swapping rod and the screw. Overall, pretty solid and looks good.
