The island is ok and it should serve its purpose. However I assumed it was solid wood from the description but the drawers are unfinished plywood and edges are rough. It is also missing the bottom of the large drawer. The deliver driver said they would order one but I have not had any confirmation that this will be sent. Delivery was rescheduled after I had waited 4 plus hours. Second delivery time was 5 days later and they did not call 30 to 45 minutes beforehand per there instructions. They called and said they were at the house. Luckily enough I had stopped by my house to pick up something. When I looked outside they had the island on the ground and unwrapped. Not sure what they would have done if I wasn't home. Overall not a great experience.
