A handsome piece of furniture that provides an impressive amount of storage. The cabinet shelves are adjustable on each side. The workmanship looks good quality. The wood is stained to include a lighter brown, more visible up close than from across the room. It does not seem particularly distressed which is fine. My only negative thought is that the drawers don’t slide smoothly. We’re very happy with it on the whole. That being said, the use of styrofoam in packaging is undesirable at so many levels: the mess and the disposal of it most especially.
