Item comes in 2 packages (desk and bookcase). Bookcase arrived on time and desk was lost for 10 days while Wayfair did nothing but ensure me their delivery partner would contact me after they found it to schedule delivery. After 10 days, they issued a replacement for the desk. It came in perfect condition. However, the bookcase came severely damaged. Wayfair again pushes you off to the manufacturer to deal with the refund and you as the customer now responsible for taking the product to the carrier to ship it back. What an absolute joke! I will never purchase anything from Wayfair again- not because of the damage- but because of the terrible customer service and processes where they lack ownership when issues arise.

This bookcase is really heavy which I like. It required no assembly which I love and it appears very well constructed. The color seems a little darker than what was pictured and there a small scrape on one of the front-sides.

The delivery team was outstanding

High-quality material. Electrical capacity is convenient.

The desk is really sturdy and good quality. Plenty of space for computers, notebooks and coffee. Easy to put together. Heavy to carry (bring a friend).
