The Disappointing End Table After much contemplation and browsing through countless options, I decided to purchase the Cornela End Table , swayed by the stunning photos and seemingly perfect specifications for my living room. However, my excitement was short-lived, as the product that arrived at my doorstep bore little resemblance to what was in photo, both in quality and appearance, leading me to question the price tag attached to it. First and foremost, the table did not match the photos presented on Wayfair's website. The color and finish, which appeared rich and uniform online, were noticeably different in person, with the actual product having a dull and uneven tone. This discrepancy was not just a minor variation in hue but a stark contrast that affected the overall look and feel of the table. Moreover, the quality of the table was underwhelming. Despite its premium pricing, the materials felt subpar, more akin to something you'd find at a budget furniture store. The wood (if it can even be called that) felt more like a veneer than solid construction, raising doubts about the table's durability and longevity. For the price paid, I expected a piece of furniture that felt sturdy and substantial, but instead, I received a table that I feared might not withstand regular use. The table was huge 26x26 is not the table they are using to advertise this table. It is totally misleading. Attempting to address these concerns, I reached out to Wayfair's customer service, hoping for an understanding and accommodating response. While the representatives was not very polite, the solutions offered were far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling like I had little recourse but to return the table and pay a return fee. Which I still don’t believe I should have been charge because it’s not the same as what it in the photograph. In conclusion, the Cornelia End Table is a letdown across the board. From the misleading photos to the poor quality and construction, not to mention the premium price point, this purchase was a stark reminder of the importance of seeing and feeling furniture in person before making such a significant investment. I cannot recommend this table to potential buyers and would urge others to seek out alternatives where quality and value align more closely with expectations.
