Haigh Counter Height 36" Dining Table

Perfect table for my needs. Arrived quickly and safely. Easy to put together and heavy solid wood high table. Looks beautiful and at a bargain price.

The table was chipped on the top corner and lower leg, broken underneath tabletop support. Missing screws, bolts. All the screws and bolts were laying loose inside box upon opening. Very unhappy. Very disappointed in packaging and the care of my order.

I should have denied the delivery just from seeing the box it came in. It was scratched and chipped on every side. And the corners were ruined. It also just looked really cheap. I will say they returned it with no problems. Though they wanted me to drop it off at a fedex. So I had to call and ask them to schedule a pickup. Definitely made me weary to order more stuff off wayfair.

Gorgeous! Sturdy! Color close to photos… but just like everyone else… arrived with damages. Way to heavy for me to move much less put together. Had to get help.

Terrible packaging, but it still feels sturdy even with missing bolts and screws. Very easy to put together, but heavy so you may need two people. I’m using it as an island. I had damage on the corners and missing pieces but other than that, I would say it was a good purchase for its use.

There are so many issues with the packaging and shipment of this product, I had two delivered (original and a replacement), and there weren't even enough unbroken parts between the two, to make one functioning unit. Which is very sad, because I loved the quality of the table and shelf surface. If they would switch this to white glove delivery, this item would be 5 stars. Part of the problem is the manufacturer feels this VERY HEAVY piece can be safely delivered to a porch without being dropped, by an average sized Fedex driver. Both of my packages barely made it to my porch. One was laid across my small 3 step porch like the delivery person ran out of strength. This is a two-man piece of furniture. What's the most disappointing is it appears Wayfair has allowed this to be returned, then they taped it all up again for a reship to a new unsuspecting customer. It didn't work - hardware was falling out of the corners of the box, the tape gave way and both deliveries came partially opened. Steer clear since the policy is usually you have to lug this to a fedex place to get it returned.

I think the table itself would have been just fine. but it arrived damaged and was not packaged with good enough material based on the product weight. Wayfair was very awesome in helping me get it refunded back. Sad that this particular item was not packaged better.

This table is exactly as pictured. Its beautiful, sturdy, quality. I was hesitant to get based on the reviews regarding arrival quality. I had ordered another table exactly like this with great reviews but it ended up being backordered a year. I took the risk and I'm glad I did. I will say, the bag of screws/bolts had a small hole in it so when I was unboxing it I discovered a couple of washers and a screw loose in the packaging. If I hadn't found them I would have been SOL for the time. I'm sure Wayfair would have made it right but with how much of a delay? There are some scratches on the corner that are sort of annoying but only to me. I think I saw a pic on someone else's review that looks similar to what mine shows. Only mentioning as it does seem like a continual problem. I would recommend, if you have wood oil, wiping down after setting up. The table looked good before but looks even better after the oil wipe down, and it really helps preserve the table. Absolutely gorgeous, quality table and SUPER easy to assemble, would highly recommend.

The table is amazing gorgeous color and very sturdy.

The product, if it wasn't damaged, is exactly what I hoping it would be. I have written a review but have not heard anything. Hence the low star rating, apparently no caring going on.
