I purchased this headboard after a lot of shopping and research. I received the headboard and after opening the package could not have been more disappointed. The headboard had been obviously repackaged and in such a terrible way. The parts box had been previously opened and some of the parts were in the parts box, some were loose in the main box and some were in a Glad sandwich bag. The headboard itself was terribly dusty, scratched and dirty and had obviously been used before. I don't expect an item I buy from Wayfair to be in such deplorable condition..... you should be ashamed as a company to send this item to a paying customer.........
