Sturdy and the seat screws up and down smoothly. Instructions kinda confusing. Seat when I need it, and a seat to a mason jar of flowers when I don’t.

Not comfortable to sit on. Hard to swivel. Top broke off. Glued top back on so it does make a pretty plant stand.

I love this little stool! It fits in with my decor and it is practical. I can swivel it down so it looks country-like decor in the corner, or swivel up to give me a resting spot as I do the dishes. Why 4 stars? The assembly. My advice - ignore some of the instructions. The booklet is for like 5 or 6 different product numbers. They apparently give you all the hardware for all, but the one I got only needed the glue, bolts and dowel. They have a number you can call to check. But so far, I'm good with the result. But do what is safe for your needs.

I really like the look of it, it is nicely made. I wanted something small to set beside my chair I bought. I want it to hold a book and a cup of coffee.
