Im really pleased with this piece. It was pretty easy to put together compared to other Wayfair sideboards. Its made of oak and is a little heavier than regular engineered particle board. I have a 70-inch TV sitting on top, and there is enough room for it to comfortably sit on top. Also, the cabinet is rated to hold 88 pounds on the top, and the TV is less than that. I purchased this on an open box sale, and there was practically nothing wrong with it. Just a little bang on one of the corners, which is in the back and cant be seen. All the parts were in the box, too. This sideboard came in two boxes, and so a local Wayfair delivery team delivered it, and they took it inside, I guess, because of the weight of the item it was delivered this way. I was really pleased with this service because usually Fed Ex delivers my Wayfair furniture, and they just leave everything at my mailbox at the road because I live on a steep hill. This piece is a little pricey compared to others that are similar, but the quality and ease of assembly make it worth the cost.

Very low quality, and assembly was very difficult. The piece has a indent in one pane of cane, the sliding doors do not operate well because top glide will not reach the groove is should slide into. The drawer does not glide smoothly. I assembled it exactly as the drawings, which are the only instructions. I have buyers remorse over this item.
