Purchased for my mom who is almost 80. She loved it! Made it a difference is helping her muscles relax and back pain. Also side pockets are huge plus!! Easy reach for her things.

The slipcover worked well, for almost one year. I received it Feb 27, 2025 and it died Feb 19, 2026. It just won’t turn on via the button. I checked the power brick with a meter and it is still producing power. It seems the power button the the seat area is just not working or something in the control circuit attached to it. I have had the minor inconvenience that the button was right under my leg so it would turn change heat level after I moved around too much. Maybe the button is just worn out. I do wish new electronics would go back to real hardware switches not “soft switches” based on cheap contacts.
