If I could give 0 stars I would. Website said ready for delivery in two weeks online 3 available. It was delayed twice and delivered 5 months later. They delivered what looked like a brown wood box. Nothing like the picture. The lid was difficult to open and the hinge got stuck. The inside was very shallow and limited to brushes, lipstick, compacts. I asked for a refund. I was denied and they wanted to ship another one to replace it. Although I told them I would find a replacement because I did not want to wait another half a year they denied my request and said I would have it in a couple weeks. I have been since notified that it will be delayed again and I have to wait 4 months! I requested to please cancel and was denied. Online it says there are 3 available still with a two delivery estimate. Buyers beware and I do not recommend. I still have not received the replacement and no refund. They said I can return when it arrives. I was trying to save them shipping. I do not understand why they insist on keeping my money instead of refunding now. Wayfair and Hispania home has failed customer service. This is my second review. Where did my first review go Disappointed with Wayfair again.
