Mirror Keeps breaking - only a year old and was actually breaking after a month

Great buy! Happy to have this vanity. Easy to asseble.

I ordered 2 vanity/desks and only received one. I am having a terrible problem getting the other one and getting a human to speak to me. Customer service is awful.

Although the box looked a little beat up, the desk inside was intact although there was a small crack on the leg located where there is wood knot. The wood was heavy and sturdy. When the mirror is up, I can't see the top of my forehead (I'm 5'4") so I have to hunch a little to get a full view. The lid with the mirror is a little heavy and it would have been nice had they used either thinner piece of wood or a lighter wood species, but for the price I can't complain. I also wished the drawers fully extended because if you fill the drawer I can imagine items in the back would be hard to access. The main reason why I knocked off a star is because the assembly instructions needed to be more detailed. You need to remove the drawers to attach the legs and the instructions were unclear. We ultimately found a YouTube video from another brand that had a similar type of drawer that helped us figure it out but I wish the manufacturer had their own YouTube video to show the assembly process.

Desk itself is great as well as the vanity. Plenty of space for beauty products and school related items. It’s the way it arrived from shipping that was awful, damage on each front corner and a big dent in one of the legs in the back. Discovered it after putting it all together. Plus the instructions for how to connect the outlet were the worst! Do better
