IN LOVE WITH THIS COUCH! It ships in separate boxes, but each box can be tracked during shipping. The setup is very simple and instructions are very specific. Some of the holes for the legs were not preripped so it was the most difficult. Definitely worth it!

Less than 30 days a pillow came apart at the seams as well as a spot on the couch itself…. Spring popping right in the middle wire you sit…. Contacted customer service was supposed to get a call back 24 to 48 hours. It has now been four weeks and no returned communication
