This couch is beautiful! It is such a beautiful addition to our basement. It came in three pieces (ottoman was one piece), and was very easy to assemble. The pillows are so soft and the couch is super durable. We have received multiple compliments and comments about it looking like a high end couch. So pleased with this purchase!

Love this couch! It is super soft and so comfy. Almost too comfortable,my husband falls asleep on it often. One down fall is that the cushions and pillows are constantly moving. Other than that I hope to find the matching loveseat. Shipping was long, but worth it.

We received our 3 piece Karstyn sectional by Hokku Designs, close to when they said it would arrive. The delivery guys were great. There really wasnt anything much for assembly, just the legs. We love the set. It is really comfortable. The grandchildren say they are the softest pillows ever. It seems very well built. We would definitely recommend this set.

This couch is absolutely gorgeous. It is very soft and super comfortable. It took some time to get delivered but worth the wait. It is perfect for our downstairs living room and we couldn’t be more pleased!!

I am very satisfied with this sofa. It is sturdy and feels well made. It is heavy and holds some significant weight. The sectional and ottoman arrived in 3 pieces and wrapped individually. The delivery drivers were fantastic and brought it inside. It was easy to unwrap, attach the wooden feet and assemble. I like the height from the ground and of the back. Its not too short. The texture of the fabric on the seats is soft. The pillows are super soft and the different colors, textures and patterns are complimentary yet stand out. The seats are wide and spacious. I have always wanted a sofa with a chaise and now I realize why, it is so comfortable and can fit more people than a regular 3 seater. Now, I did receive a sofa with the chaise on the left rather than the right as pictured BUT that worked out for the best as I doubt it would have fitted in my space the other way. Though, I would not have been happy if it didnt work out. And there was a small cut under the ottoman, the plastic surrounding it was not damaged so it was cut before wrapped. However, this is not visible and does not affect the product in any way. I would highly recommend this 3 piece, chaise lounge and ottoman product.
