I love everything about the chair except,,, The side arm that raises up and down are cheaply fastened in the back and side and the arm moves to the far outside. If it had a way to secure the front of the pocket arm so it wouldnt move to the side, that would fix the problem.

The leather in the chair seems to be of good quality and the chair is sturdy and the motor is whisper quiet. The covered pockets on the backs of the arms are problematic on this brand new chair. On one side the covering material on the bottom isn't stapled all the way around so some of the material is not secured. On the other side a bracket connecting a piston is bent pushing the cover a bit off center. I would send it back but I'm not certain any replacement would be much better. So the problems seem to be related to poor assembly wherever it originated from.

Nice chair. More sturdy than other power recliners I have purchased on Wayfair.

The 2 gentlemen that made the delivery were very professional and they set up the recliner and made sure that it was working ,also they clean after they were done ,I’m very happy with the delivery and my recliner,I’ll tell my family and friends about my experience shopping on Wayfair very satisfied
