I have owned this bed for 15 months now. My son sleeps on it every night. Here is what you must know before buying: You will receive about 6 boxes and each will weigh 80-100+ pounds. They probably will trickle in over a week or so. There is a high probability that, like me, and other reviewers, that you will have missing pieces, broken pieces, and extra pieces. Wayfair will ask you to ship everything back and receive a new shipment or offer to pay you off with a partial refund and you deal with the damage/missing pieces. The assembly is overwhelming so if you are not handy, you will need to hire someone. The reflex leg assembly broke, rendering the bed useless, so I tried to contact Livingchy; they have no phone number and their support email bounces back so you are on your own. I did mange to call some executive in Canada who forwarded me to someone else who spoke out of both sides of his mouth. First he asked me to wire transfer money to his account before sending replacement pieces, then, when I refused, he said he could not help me because I bought it from Wayfair. Wayfair customer service is exhausting. They told me I should have bought an Allstate protection plan for $500+. I told them Livingchy's warranty (google search) says some items have 1 year or 5 year warranties, others, such as mattresses have 20 year warranties. What is the manufacturer's warranty for this product? They said to read the description on the website. I told them it only says warranty: yes; no details. They said to call Allstate or Squaretrade. To sum up. This bed has poor assembly instructions, so plan on two days of opening boxes, sorting through parts, arguing with Wayfair, and then it breaking shortly after buying it. It is cheaply made and there is no support. If you want a nice bed, closet, desk to look at but not use often and you are really handy, wait for a good sale. I gave an extra star because it does look nice and the bed lasted a little over a year.

It came with some damage like other reviewers have said. Will reach out to wayfair for compensation but that seems to be a common theme with delivery from them. Also make sure you have wooden studs because it doesn't work if you have metal studs, really wish that was advertised. Most people without drywall or handyman knowledge would not know that. Overall decent product, not very high quality for price and really expensive to get installed.

Fabulous .... Love all the extra storage .... the clean white lines .... up against my periwinkle blue walls .... Hired a meticulous and persistent to get the job done ... handyman ... Was delivered 2 weeks early ... Had a couple few issues along the install ... instructions were vague ... the lifts were very difficult to align up to fit in ... took 15 hours ... the review I read to get ready for the marathon seems correct ... but Wayfair compensated for my issues ........ Awesome ! Love the extra space I feel in the room !

Disappointed with this purchase. Several piece came damaged and missing 3 parts. Frustrating when putting it together and realizing it cannot be completed until missing parts are received in the mail. Waiting to hear back about what they are going to do about damaged parts. Would like a refund for part of the order because of the damage.

Missing parts! The bottom panels of each of the two draws in the bottom part of wardrobe weee missing Could not complete the construction! Instructions were in French Boxes weren’t labeled indicating which part of the wall bed unit were in each box! Very inadequate instructions I usually can put together everything!!! Had to hire someone and because of missing parts have to pay him again to return and complete Need the two bottom panels of the draws I expect customer service compensation for my hardship!! I called to report missing parts and request they send the two draws panels of bottom draws
