We ordered this couch on October 16, 2024 and the delivery date was supposed to be on December 5th. We did not get it until January 13th, 2025. We had no idea this couch was made to order. We tried to cancel it once we realized it wouldn't be here before Christmas (we were hosting a family Christmas at our new house and needed seating) and the customer service rep said to wait until I received an email saying it shipped and then we could cancel. I called as soon as I saw the email and the lady I spoke with said that no one would ever say that to me because it was impossible to return made to order items and what I was saying wasn't adding up, basically calling me a liar. At the beginning of the call there is a recording that says all calls are monitored and recorded, so I told her to look at that recording so I could prove that this was said to me. She completely ignored my request and said I cannot return it. We order a lot from Wayfair for home and business needs, and I will never order from here again.
