Sofa looks great, BUT the power reclining part is already beginning to act up! When reclining it will pause. In order for it to continue, I need to reverse the direction then am able to recline it. Not sure what my options are at this time…. Would love to have a technician come to replace the reclining motors…. It’s only 3 weeks old, at the time of this review

Review for Royce Power Headrest Zero Gravity Loveseat I have been using this loveseat for three months now so have some experience with it. Customer Service: First of all I would like to say that the customer service at Hydeline is excellent. I could reach people and they were very helpful in answering my questions and kept me up to date on the arrival of my purchase. Delevery: The delivery company wanted me to sign the delivery form even before the Loveseat was off the truck. I declined to sign at this time and told the delivery people I will sign when it is in my unit and set up as it is supposed to be. The men who did the delivery really seemed to know what they were doing as it did not take them long to install the seat backs and make sure everything worked properly and it was the correct distance from the wall. Product: I do have a Behr Zero Gravity Leather Power Recliner and there will be some comparisons to this unit. Leg Foot Rest: The Behr Recliner has a leg rest that can be operated separately whereas the Hydeline has only one button to tilt the chair and raise the foot rest in unison. I find that the combined approach of the Hydeline Recliner works very well and I do not miss the ability to raise the foot and leg rest separately. With the Hydeline there is one less button to push and therefor the Hydeline unit may be more reliable. I have long legs and the leg rest on the Hydeline Recliner is slightly shorter than on the Behr Recliner. However, this is not a problem as the Hydeline Recliner accommodates my long legs and I am very comfortable in it. Foam Padding: The foam used in the padding appears to be of an excellent quality and is very comfortable. It provides excellent lumbar support. Leather: The leather seems to be of better quality than most of the other leather covered furniture I have. Placement: The Hydeline Recliner can be placed much closer to the wall than the Behr Recliner and still fully recline. Therefore it takes up much less space in the room. In summary I believe Hydeline is a great company producing a high quality product and I recommend them without reservation. PJM From Minnesota
